Pristine Grillz LLC – Terms & Conditions & Limited Warranty

Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern all services provided by Pristine Grillz LLC (“Company,” “we,” or “our”) to the customer (“Customer,” “you,” or “your”). By

scheduling or receiving services, you agree to these terms.

Scope of Services

Pristine Grillz specializes in professional grill cleaning and outdoor kitchen care.

Services include deep grate degreasing, burner scrubbing, grease trap emptying and

cleaning, stainless-steel polishing, and related cleaning tasks. Services do not include structural repairs, replacement parts, or manufacturer warranty coverage unless expressly stated in writing. Company is not responsible for pre-existing damage, rust, corrosion, scratches or defects

in the grill or outdoor kitchen.

Customer Responsibilities

Provide safe access to the grill and surrounding areas.

Disclose known hazards, including gas leaks, electrical issues, or loose connections.

Follow post-service instructions provided by Pristine Grillz.

Ensure water, drainage, and power access (if required) is available at service location.

Payment Terms

Full payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Accepted payment methods include credit/debit card, ACH transfer, approved business checks, Zelle, CashApp and Stripe. (Other method may be taken. Ask at the time of service).

Invoices not paid within 10 days may be subject to a late fee of 1.5% per month (or the

maximum rate allowed under Florida law).

Limited Warranty (30 Days)

Coverage:

Pristine Grillz warrants its workmanship for a period of 30 days from the date of service.

If areas of the grill were not cleaned to the agreed standard, Pristine Grillz will return and re-clean those areas at no additional cost.

Warranty applies only to the specific service performed and does not extend to new issues or unrelated conditions.

Exclusions:

- Normal wear and tear.

- Rust, corrosion, or oxidation.

- Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or improper storage of the grill.

- Manufacturer defects or parts failures.

- Damage resulting from weather, pests, or external factors.

Claim Process:

Claims must be submitted in writing to [email protected] within the 30-day

warranty period.

Proof of service (invoice or receipt) is required.

Company reserves the right to inspect the grill before providing warranty service.

Warranty service will be limited to re-cleaning only; refunds are not provided.

Liability & Disclaimers

Company’s total liability is limited to the amount paid for the service.

Company is not responsible for incidental, indirect, or consequential damages, including

but not limited to food contamination, fire hazards, or operational failure of the grill.

Customers maintain all manufacturer warranties; this service warranty does not replace

or extend manufacturer coverage.

Compliance with Florida Law

This Agreement complies with the Florida Deceptive and Unfair Trade Practices Act

(FDUTPA).

Your rights under this warranty are in addition to rights you may have under Florida

consumer protection laws.

This warranty is issued in compliance with the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act (15 U.S.C. §2301).

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Customers may cancel or reschedule services within 24 hours’ notice without penalty.

Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of $50.

Force Majeure

Pristine Grillz is not liable for delays or cancellations due to events beyond its control,

including weather conditions, natural disasters, or utility outages.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Florida.

Any disputes shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation.

If unresolved, disputes will be submitted to mediation in Orange County, Florida, before

court action may be filed.

Acceptance of Terms

By booking or receiving services from Pristine Grillz LLC, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions, including the Limited Warranty.
